Supreme Court has concluded that lesser of real estate can not demand deductions for sales tax brought on before the company was registrated in the tax registre.

Audit - your choice!
Duty of audit for smaller public corporations will disappear in 2011. The criteria to choose not to be audited is that the company realizes more than5 million NKR, has a balance sheet below 20 million NKR or has less than 10 employees. The company can not be a parent company.
