Brief History:
- 1994 - Started in Yichang city as a local CPA firm.
- 2009 - Became one of the tier-1 CPA firms in China, and joined Crowe Global.
- 2010 - Authorized by the Chinese regulatory authorities to audit H-share companies, which further improved its capabilities in cross-border engagements.
- In addition to audit and assurance services, the Group explored to deliver additional professional areas including tax, advisory, cost engineering consulting, legal services, and integrated as a professional services group for a better position to meet comprehensive client needs.
- 2020 - The Group and its professional entities have been rebranded as Crowe. From this new starting point, the Group strives to leverage our local strength, focus on deep specialization, and work closely with Crowe Global member firms to provide seamless and impeccable services to our clients globally.
