Managing director
Feroze specialises in tax planning for foreign corporations and individuals setting up in the UK and UK corporations and individuals locating abroad. He qualified in 1977 and formed Freeman & Partners in 1982. He is the author of a number of articles published in taxation journals and of Interest Relief for Companies and also a former lecturer on taxation. Feroze is a non-executive director of Reyker Investments Ltd, European Middleware Consulting Co Ltd and Boxbrands Ltd. Member of Council: Institute of Chartered Accountants (England & Wales). |

Executive director
Rowena is responsible for managing the firm's preparation and audit of statutory accounts and corporation tax and specialises in property and international group companies. She qualified in South Africa during 1996 and continued at her training firm holding positions as audit and financial manager, executive director of a finance company and member of a regional committee of the SA Institute of Chartered Accountants. She joined Freeman & Partners in 1999 and became a member of the ICAEW in 2006. |

Lee-Chin is responsible for business services, providing bookkeeping, payroll, management accounts and full support and advice to businesses. She qualified in 2002 and joined Freeman & Partners in 2005. She has worked in professional practices since 1997 and specialises in providing business services for owner-managed companies. |

Audit director
Talitha has responsibility for transaction work and other special projects. She qualified in 2003 at a Big 4 firm specialising in the area of private equity. She spent five years in the industry working on group accounts of large public companies. Talitha joined Freeman & Partners in 2007. |

Andrew Ward
Tax director Andrew has worked in the field of taxation for almost 30 years, specialising in fields as varied as owner managed businesses, private equity, professional partnerships, agricultural estates and Lloyds underwriters. Prior to joining Freeman & Partners, Andrew worked for RSM Robson Rhodes, Mazars and Grant Thornton. Specialises in private client taxation with particular interest in the personal tax considerations of non domicilaries, as well as the capital taxes. |

Tax consultant
Jane qualified in as a chartered accountant in 1989 and as a chartered tax adviser a year later. She joined Freeman & Partners in November 2005 having previously worked for various medium-sized firms in London and the South-East. She has extensive experience dealing with HMRC and advising owner-managed businesses and individuals on all aspects of business and personal taxation. |

Audit manager
Kitty is responsible for audit and accounts preparations for both companies and individuals. She qualified in 2003 in the London office of a mid-tier firm. She joined Freeman & Partners in 2003 and progressed from senior to audit manager. She also specialises in the audit of property companies. |

Audit Manager Aaron has a degree Accountancy and Finance and qualified as a Chartered member of the ICAEW in 2007 having trained in a medium-sized central London firm. He joined Freeman & Partners following two and half years working at BDO in Australia. He has a strong portfolio of clients centred around small and medium size owner-managed businesses. He has a broad range of experience working closely with highly successful entrepreneurs across a wide range of industries with particular expertise in Media, Property, Entertainment, Leisure, and Financial services companies. |

Tax manager David qualified in 2002 at Landau Morley Chartered Accountants where he worked mainly on company audits and managed the bookkeeping department. In 2005 he joined Halpern and Co to assist in the management of the firm and advising high net worth individuals and trusts. Shortly before joining Freeman & Partners in 2011 he obtained his CTA qualification. He now specialises in personal tax. |

Business Services Manager
After obtaining a degree in Accounting, Finance and Maths from Lancaster University, Alex qualified as a Chartered Accountant during a ten year stint with a medium-sized firm. There he gained broad experience of both accountancy and tax within a portfolio of small to medium sized owner managed businesses. Alex focuses on understanding his clients to closely match our services to their needs.
